DECISION

We have before us an application by Haruka Imoto for a General Manager’s Certificate.

The Police opposed the application because Miss Imoto had incurred outstanding fines resulting in the issue of an arrest warrant. The District Licensing Agency Inspector recommended that the application be referred to the Authority.

Police have now advised our Secretary that the issues have been resolved and opposition to the application is withdrawn.

We are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.121(1) of the Act and we grant the application. The certificate may issue immediately.
