DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY

[1] The application for a General Manager's Certificate made by Ms Hepi was opposed by the Police upon the grounds of a conviction for common assault. The date of the conviction is 11 April 2009 and the offence relates to an incident which occurred on 10 August 2009.

[2] Over two years have elapsed since the date of conviction. No further problems have arisen since.

[3] In these circumstances the application for the General Manager's Certificate is granted.
