No appearance by or on behalf of applicants
Ms T O’Shannessey
– Ruapehu District Licensing Agency Inspector – in opposition
DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY
[1] Before the Authority are two applications for General Managers' Certificates, filed with the Ruapehu District Licensing Agency. All matters were opposed and accordingly set down to be determined by the Authority at a public hearing.
[2] There was however, no appearance by any of the applicants. We are therefore unable to be satisfied that the applicants fulfil the criteria set out in s.121 of the Act. We also make the reasonable assumption from their non appearance, that they are no longer interested in pursuing their applications.
[3] In accordance with our usual practice the applications are now refused.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 28th day of October 2011
