DECISION

In decision [2011] NZLLA PH 1257 dated 2 November 2011, we made an order for cancellation of a General Manager’s Certificate held by Tanmay Rambhai Patel. The cancellation was scheduled to take effect from Monday 14 November 2011.

The respondent has requested a stay of cancellation for a further week to facilitate the employment and appointment of a certificated manager to fill the vacancy caused by the cancellation.

We agree to rehear the matter on the papers pursuant to s.110(3) and we grant the application. Accordingly we make the following amended order:

General Manager’s Certificate number GM/08/19/2010, issued to Tanmay Rambhai Patel, is cancelled with effect from Monday 21 November 2011.

In all other respects the decision remains unaltered.
