INTERIM DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY
[1] On behalf of the applicant Mr Tuffs sought an adjournment of this application. The application was not opposed.
[2] Mr Tuffs advised the Authority that appropriate evidence in support of the application was being prepared and that it was anticipated that the application would be ready to be heard some time after 30 April 2011. He advised that if the evidence does not support either a grocery or isolated business then the application would be withdrawn.
[3] The application for the adjournment is granted. The proceedings are adjourned to a new date of hearing to be determined by the secretary but no earlier than 30 April 2011.
