DECISION

We have before us an application by Ian Raymond Phillips for a Club Manager’s Certificate.

When the matter was called no appearance was registered by or on behalf of the applicant. We take the inference, therefore, that Mr Phillips has lost interest in pursuing the application.

We are unable to be satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.121(2) of the Act and, by law the application must, therefore, be refused.
