DECISION

We have before us 10 applications for the grant of General Managers’ Certificates, all of which had been opposed by the Police and/or the District Licensing Agency Inspector.

When called none of the applicants registered an appearance before us. We take the inference, therefore, that they have lost interest in pursuing the applications.

We are unable to be satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.121(1) of the Act and, by law, the applications must be refused.
