DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY
[1] This decision relates to an application by Orpheus Consulting Limited for an on-licence in respect of premises at Johnsonville known as “Casa Bar”.
[2] At the hearing there no appearance on behalf of the applicant. Evidence from Mr Putze, the Inspector, was to the effect that the first mortgagee has taken possession of the premises and the lease to the applicant has been cancelled.
[3] In these circumstances, the application is refused.
