DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY

[1] When Ms Murtagh’s application for a General Manager's Certificate was called for hearing on 28 November 2011 there was no appearance by her. The Authority was informed that Ms Murtagh departed New Zealand on 28 June 2011 and has not returned to New Zealand.

[2] In these circumstances it is apparent that Ms Murtagh has no interest in pursuing the application.

[3] Accordingly the application is refused.
