DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY

[1] When Mr Neilson’s application for a Club Manager’s Certificate was called by the Authority on 29 November 2011 there was no appearance by Mr Neilson.

[2] In those circumstances the Authority concludes that Mr Neilson has no interest in pursuing his application. Accordingly it is refused.
