DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY
[1] At the hearing of this application for an off-licence, both the Police and the Inspector indicated that they no longer had any opposition to the application.
[2] As the application was not opposed and as there were no objections, the Authority indicated that the application would be granted.
[3] Accordingly, the application for the off-licence is granted.
