DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY


[1] This decision relates to an application for the cancellation of the General Manager's Certificate issued to Mr Navarete. The application was brought upon the grounds that Mr Navarete no longer has a working visa entitling him to work in New Zealand. Accordingly he is not able to work in the industry.

[2] The grounds for the application were proved. There was no appearance by Mr Navarete.

[3] In these circumstances it is desirable that a cancellation order be made.

[4] The General Manager's Certificate issued to Christian Eduardo Rodriguez Navarete is cancelled.
