DECISION

We have before us an application by Mukesh Sharma for a General Manager’s Certificate.

The application was initially opposed by the Police who had concerns about Mr Sharma’s suitability to hold a certificate. The Police have subsequently reviewed their stance in respect of the matter and have withdrawn their opposition.

As a consequence we are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.121(1) of the Act and we grant the application. The certificate may issue immediately.
