DECISION

In decision [2010] NZLLA 1561 we made an order to suspend the on-licence issued to The Ruan Thai Group Limited for a period of 10 days. The suspension period was to have taken effect from Thursday 27 January 2011.

The respondent has requested that that the suspension period commences in March 2011 as the premises landlord is undertaking major work on the building and the premises will require to be closed during that time. Both the Police and District Licensing Agency Inspector have no opposition to the requested change.

Having considered the request we agree to rehear the matter on the papers pursuant to s.110(3) of the Act and we now make the following amended order:

On-licence number 007/ON/10/2006, issued to The Ruan Thai Group Limited, is suspended for 10 days from 9.00 am on Thursday 3 March 2011 until 9.00 am on Sunday 13 March 2011.
