DECISION
We have before us applications by Sergeant G J Campbell, of Manukau Police and Mr P A Radich, Auckland District Licensing Agency Inspector, dated 21 April 2011 for suspension of an off-licence following a controlled purchase operation conduct on Friday 8 April 2011.
The grounds for the application are that the premises have been conducted in breach of the provisions of s.155 of the Act – sale of liquor to a minor.
The respondent does not dispute the grounds for the application and has agreed to suspension of the off-licence. Accordingly, we make the following order by consent:
Off-licence number 007/OFF/3038/2010, issued to Sangha Trading (NZ) Limited, is suspended for two days from 10.00 am on Thursday 23 June 2011.
