DECISION
We have before us an application by Constable T Kopyl of Manukau Police, and Gail Tagaloa, Auckland District Licensing Agency Inspector, dated 28 April 2011 for suspension of an off-licence following a controlled purchase operation conducted on Saturday 9 April 2011.
The grounds for the application is that the premises have been conducted in breach of the provisions of s.155(1) of the Act – sale of liquor to a minor.
The respondent does not dispute the grounds for the application and has agreed to suspension of the off-licence. Accordingly, we make the following order by consent:
Off-licence number 007/OFF/3006/2011, issued to D&D Company Limited, is suspended for three days from 9.00 am on Saturday 9 July 2011 until 9.00 am on Tuesday 12 July 2011.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 25th day of May 2011
