DECISION

We have before us an application by Cherie Jacqueline Clark for a General Manager’s Certificate.

The Police initially opposed the application as Ms Clark was facing District Court proceedings at the time the application was filed with the Auckland District Licensing Agency. However, following further inquiries by the Police their opposition has been withdrawn.

We are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.121(1) of the Act and we grant the application. The certificate may issue immediately.
