IN THE MATTER of the Sale of Liquor Act 1989
AND
IN THE MATTER of an application by GEORGIA BREE CAMPBELL pursuant to s.118 of the Act for a General Manager’s Certificate
BEFORE THE LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY
Chairman: District Court Judge J D Hole
Member: Dr J Horn
FINAL DECISION
We have before us an application by Georgia Bree Campbell for a General Manager’s Certificate.
In decision [2011] NZLLA PH 1159 following a public hearing we adjourned the application until 30 January 2012 to ensure the applicant had gained sufficient experience to hold a certificate. Ms Campbell also turned 19 years of age on that date.
The District Licensing Inspector has advised our Secretary that there is no further opposition to the grant of the application.
We are now satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.121(1) of the Act and we grant the application. The certificate may issue immediately.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 13th day of February 2012
