DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY
[1] At the conclusion of the evidence adduced on behalf of the applicant, the Police advised the Authority that they no longer opposed the application provided the opening hours were reduced to 10.00 am to 10.00 pm from Monday to Sunday inclusive. The applicant agreed to the amendment.
[2] In these circumstances, the Authority is satisfied that the application meets the criteria set forth in s.35 of the Act.
[3] Accordingly, the application, as amended, is granted.
