DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY
[1] We have before us applications for General Managers’ Certificates by the persons identified in the above schedule.
[2] All of the applications had been opposed by the Police and/or a District Licensing Agency Inspector necessitating determination by the Authority.
[3] When the matters were called there was no appearance by or on behalf of any of the applicants. We take the inference, therefore, that the applicants have lost interest in pursuing their applications.
[4] We are unable to be satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.121(1) of the Act and, as a matter of law, the applications must be refused.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 3rd day of December 2012
