FINAL DECISION
In decision [2011] NZLLA PH 870, following a public hearing at Napier on 3 August 2011, we adjourned an application by Sergeant M C Stevenson of Hastings Police for suspension of a General Manager’s Certificate held by Nicola Cooze.
On 30 November 2011 the Hastings District Licensing Agency Inspector advised our secretariat that Ms Cooze has told him that she has no intention of filing an application for renewal of the certificate which has, in any event, now expired.
Accordingly, there is no longer extant a valid manager’s certificate and, in terms of s.135(6) of the Act we make no order.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 13th day of December 2012
