Mr A Wilkinson – Auckland
District Licensing Agency Inspector – in opposition
DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY
[1] We have before us an application by Rangu Ranganath pursuant to s.123 of the Act for renewal of a General Manager’s Certificate.
[2] The application is opposed by the District Licensing Agency Inspector necessitating determination by the Authority.
[3] When the matter was called there was no appearance by or on behalf of the applicant. We take the inference, therefore, that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing his application.
[4] We are unable to be satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.126 of the Act and, as a matter of law, the application must be refused.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 14TH day of December 2012
