DECISION

We have before us an application by Priscilla Takai for a General Manager’s Certificate.

The Police had opposed the application as they had concerns about Ms Takai’s lack of experience in managing licensed premises. That opposition has now been withdrawn. The applicant has signed an undertaking that for the first six months she will only utilise her certificate whilst employed at “Fernz Catering”.

We are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.121(1) of the Act and we grant the application. The certificate may issue immediately.
