DECISION

We have before us an application by Abinhav Arora for a General Manager’s Certificate.

The Police opposed the application because they were not satisfied that Mr Arora had sufficient experience in the management of licensed premises and the District Licensing Agency referred the application to the Authority for determination.

After further review the Police have advised our Secretary that opposition is now withdrawn.

We are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.121(1) of the Act and we grant the application. The certificate may issue immediately.
