DECISION

We have before us an application by Tsai Pei (Harry) Yu for renewal of a General Manager’s Certificate.

The Police opposed renewal contending that Mr Yu was not suitable to continue to hold the certificate. The application was recommended for determination at a public hearing.

The Police have reviewed the application and have now withdrawn opposition to renewal.

We are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.126 of the Act and we grant the application. A notice of renewal is attached to this decision.
