DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY

[1] At the hearing of the application by Mr Wright for the renewal of his General Manager's Certificate there was no appearance by Mr Wright. Apparently he has lost contact with the Inspector.

[2] It is apparent that Mr Wright does not intend to pursue his application. Accordingly it is refused.
