DECISION

We have before us applications filed by the persons identified in the above schedule, pursuant to s.118 of the Act, for General Managers’ Certificates.

All of the applications had been opposed by the Police and/or a District Licensing Agency Inspector necessitating their referral to the Authority for determination.

No appearance has been registered by or on behalf of any of the applicants and we take the inference, therefore, that the applications are no longer to be pursued.

We are unable to be satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.121(1) of the Act and the applications are refused.
