DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY


[1] In this application for the suspension or cancellation of the on-licence granted in respect of the premises known as “Murphy’s Law Irish Bar”, it was accepted in terms of s.132(3) of the Act that on the various dates referred to in the application the conduct of the licensee was such as to show that it was not suitable to hold a licence.

[2] All the shareholding in the respondent has now been transferred to a third party.

[3] In these circumstances, in accordance with s.132(6) of the Act it is not desirable that any order be made.
