BETWEEN NIGEL PETER MCGLONE

BEFORE THE LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY
Quorum: Mr P M McHaffie

DECISION
In decision [2012] NZLLA 511 dated 22 May 2012 we made an order to suspend a General Manager’s Certificate held by Angela Jean Cotton. The term of suspension was to have commenced on Monday 18 June 2012.
The respondent has advised our Secretary that due to prior staffing arrangements this will unduly inconvenience the licensee’s ability to manage the business adequately. Ms Cotton has requested that the period of suspension be advanced.
In the circumstances we agree to rehear the matter on the papers pursuant to s.110(3) and we grant the application. Accordingly we make the following amended order:
General Manager’s Certificate number GM/08/61/2008, issued to Angela Jean Cotton, is suspended for 30 days from Saturday 2 June 2012.
In all other respects the decision remains unaltered.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 28th day of May 2012
