APPEARANCES

DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY

[1] Before the Authority is an application by Constable T Pillay for the suspension of a Club Manager's Certificate issued to Louise Smith. The grounds for the application are that the conduct of the manager is such as to show that she is not a suitable person to hold the certificate. In particular it is alleged that she has incurred a conviction for driving with an excess breath alcohol level.

[2] There was no appearance by the respondent however, Constable Pillay was able to inform the Authority that he had spoken to her and that she had informed him she no longer required the certificate and wished it to be cancelled.

[3] In the circumstances the certificate is hereby cancelled.

DATED at WELLINGTON this 7th day of June 2012
