IN THE MATTER of an application by STEPHEN ALLEN D’ARCY pursuant to s.123 of the Act for renewal of a General Manager’s Certificate
BEFORE THE LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY

DECISION
We have before us an application by Stephen Allen D’Arcy for renewal of a General Manager’s Certificate.
In decision [2010] NZLLA 645, dated 10 June 2010, we made an order suspending Mr D’Arcy’s manager’s certificate by consent following a conviction for driving with an excess breath alcohol level. Mr D’Arcy also agreed to a shortened term of renewal of his certificate when it was next due to expire.
We are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.126 of the Act and we renew the certificate for 18 months until 16 December 2013. A notice of renewal is attached to this decision.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 19th day of June 2012
