DECISION
In decision [2012] NZLLA 690 dated 19 June 2012 we made an order to suspend an on-licence held by Phoenix Cafe and Bar Limited in respect of premises situated at 68 Princes Street, Dunedin, known as "Isis Lounge". The term of suspension was to commence on Friday 27 July 2012.
The respondent has advised our Secretary that a pre-booked function has been arranged for that date and to avoid undue inconvenience to the intending patrons has requested that the suspension be delayed for a few days. The Police have indicated that they do not oppose the request.
In the circumstances we agree to rehear the matter on the papers pursuant to s.110(3) and we grant the application.
Accordingly we make the following amended order:
On-licence number 069/ON/18/2009, issued to Phoenix Cafe and Bar Limited, is suspended for 48 hours from 9.00 am on Thursday 2 August 2012.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 29th day of June 2012
