DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY

[1] When this application for a General Manager's Certificate was called at the hearing on 11 July 2012, there was no appearance by the applicant. It seems that she has left the district and left no forwarding address.

[2] The failure of the applicant to attend the hearing indicates that she has no interest in pursuing the application which is refused.
