FINAL DECISION

In decision number [2011] NZLLA PH 1406 we adjourned an application by David Benjamin Huff for a General Manager’s Certificate to enable Mr Huff to obtain an appropriate work visa and a reference from his current employer confirming that they wished him to obtain a manager’s certificate.

On 24 January 2012 Mr Huff provided our Secretary with the necessary documents. As a consequence the District Licensing Agency Inspector’s opposition to the application has been withdrawn.

We are now satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.121(1) of the Act and we grant the application. The certificate may issue immediately.
