CONSENT ORDERS

The parties agree to settle the purchaser’s claim against the trader on the following basis:

1. The trader agrees to pay the cost of having the transmission in the purchaser’s 2007 Suzuki Swift registration HSP233 (“the vehicle”) replaced by Alert Automotive workshop at 918b Great South Road Penrose on 5 January 2015 and the purchaser shall deliver the vehicle to Alert Automotive on that day.
   
2. The trader will obtain and provide the purchaser with a three month warranty from the supplier of the transmission.
   
3. The purchaser shall pay $300 (inclusive of GST) to the repairer when he collects the vehicle from the repairer.
