CONSENT ORDER

The parties agree to settle this proceeding. By consent, in full and final settlement of Mr Pocock’s claim, Lee European Limited will:

• allow Mr Pocock to collect his vehicle immediately with no outstanding liability to Lee European Limited for repairs, including in relation to invoice 6552-1 dated 5 April 2016 for $2,527.53 relating to transmission repairs; and
• provide a 12 month warranty to Mr Pocock in relation to the transmission repairs referred to in invoice 6552-1 dated 5 April 2016.
