CONSENT ORDER

The parties agree to settle this matter. By consent, in full and final settlement of Mr Wooler’s claim, Lee European Limited must pay Mr Wooler $18,780 immediately. Mr Wooler may keep the tow bar that was supplied with the vehicle. Once Mr Wooler has received the $18,780, Lee European Limited may collect the vehicle at its expense.
