CONSENT ORDER
[1] At a hearing of the Tribunal on 5 October 2017, the parties agreed to resolve this matter by consent on the terms set out below.
[2] By consent, and in full and final settlement of Mr Elahi’s claim:
- (a) Mr Elahi shall, within five working days of the date of this order, remove the camera monitor and all associated wiring and components from the vehicle.
- (b) The trader shall, within five working days of Mr Elahi removing the camera monitor and returning the vehicle to it, pay Mr Elahi $11,035.
