CONSENT ORDER
[1] This matter was heard on 4 May 2017. The parties have agreed to resolve this matter by consent on the terms set out below.
[2] By consent, and in full and final settlement of the purchaser’s claim, the trader shall within five working days of the date of this consent order:
- (a) Pay the purchaser $5,100; and.
- (b) Email the new owner of the 2005 Honda Civic registration number KKC250 (“the vehicle”):
- (i) Advising the new owner that the previous owner of the vehicle had identified fault codes with the vehicle; and
- (ii) Providing the new owner with a copy of the Vehicle Diagnostic Report from Hann Automotive of 24 February 2017.
