[1] The parties have agreed to resolve this matter on the terms set out below.
[2] In full and final settlement of Matangikolo Piu’s claim, the Tribunal orders that NZ Cars Ltd shall by no later than 5pm Monday 13 July 2020:

• (a) rectify any significant oil leaks from the vehicle;
• (b) perform all repairs required to ensure that all four doors unlock from the driver’s door lock;
• (c) rectify the defect that is causing the vehicle to use coolant; and
• (d) obtain a warrant of fitness for the vehicle from VTNZ (including by performing all repairs required to obtain that warrant of fitness).

[3] NZ Cars Ltd will also provide a suitable and safe loan vehicle to Mr Piu and will submit all repairs invoices and warrant of fitness checksheets relevant to these orders to the Tribunal by no later than 5pm Monday 3 August 2020.
