Court must consider contact arrangements in certain cases
52 Court must consider contact arrangements in certain cases
If a court
proposes to make a parenting order that does not give a parent the
role of providing day-to-day care for a child, the court must consider whether
and how the order can and should provide for that parent to have contact with
the child.
