CARE OF CHILDREN ACT 2004 - SECT 94

94 Purpose of this subpart

The purpose of this subpart is to—

a) implement in New Zealand law the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction; and

b) provide for related matters; and

c) replace the Guardianship Amendment Act 1991 .
