DOG CONTROL ACT 1996 - SECT 41A
Dead dogs
41A Dead dogs
Every person commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not
exceeding $3,000 who makes any written statement to a territorial authority to
the effect that a dog is dead knowing that statement to be false.
History:
Section 41A: inserted, on 28 June 2006, by section 20 of the Dog Control
Amendment Act 2006 (2006 No 23). Section 41A: amended, on 1 July
2013, by section 413 of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011 (2011
No 81).
