HOLIDAYS ACT 2003 - SECT 78

78 Powers of Labour Inspector

For the purposes of this Act, every Labour Inspector has, in addition to any powers conferred by this Act, all the powers that a Labour Inspector has under the Employment Relations Act 2000 .
