Procedure for determining appeals and matters generally
222 Procedure for determining appeals and matters generally
1 The Tribunal must determine an appeal or matter with all reasonable speed.
2 The chair of the Tribunal may decide the order in which appeals and matters
are to be heard generally, or in any particular circumstances.
3 No decision
on an appeal or matter is to be called into question on the basis that the
appeal or matter ought to have been heard or decided earlier or later than any
other appeal, matter, or category of appeal or matter.
4 The Tribunal may
regulate its procedures as it sees fit, subject to this Act and any
regulations made under this Act.
5 This section is subject to section 257 .
