IMMIGRATION ACT 2009 - SECT 92
Expressions of interest
92 Expressions of interest
1 A person who, by virtue of immigration instructions, is of a class or
category of person that may apply for a visa of a particular class or type
only if invited to do so by the Minister or an immigration officer may notify
his or her interest in obtaining such an invitation in the prescribed manner.
2 A person submitting an expression of interest must provide a contact address
and an address for service.
