LAND TRANSFER ACT 2017 - SECT 179
Registrar may require instrument creating or recording estate or interest of caveator
1 For the purpose of giving effect to an agreement or order under section 178
, the Registrar may require the applicant and the caveator to lodge for
registration or notation an instrument that is in a suitable form, and that
contains sufficient particulars, to create or record the estate or interest of
the caveator.
2 If the interest of the caveator cannot be registered or noted
under this Act, the Registrar may require the caveator to lodge a caveat under
section 138 to protect the interest.
