Setting land aside for use by beneficiary
39 Setting land aside for use by beneficiary
The trust board may from time
to time set aside any part of the land that is trust property and allow any
beneficiary or beneficiaries to use it, whether for the purpose of papakāinga
or other use, on such terms and subject to such conditions as the trust board
thinks fit.
