Salvage claims against the Crown
217 Salvage claims against the Crown
Subject to the provisions of the Crown
Proceedings Act 1950 , the provisions of this Part shall apply to salvage
operations which assist any New Zealand warship, or any other New Zealand
State-owned ship or other property, in the same manner as if the ship or
property belonged to a private person.
