MARITIME TRANSPORT ACT 1994 - SECT 221

221 Commencement of provisions relating to marine pollution

1 Sections 222 and 224, Parts 19 to 27, and sections 469, 470, 471(2), 472, 473, 474, 475(2), 476 to 481, 484, 485(2), and 485(4), and Schedule 7 shall come into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council; and different dates may be so appointed by 1 or more Orders in Council for different provisions and different purposes.

2 An order under this section is secondary legislation (see Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements).
